**Introduction**
Welcome to D&A Drive to Success, Free Car Giveaway! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the giveaway.
**Eligibility**
1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Bay County, Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. If a participant is under the legal age, a parent or legal guardian must enter on behalf of the minor and will assume all legal responsibility for the prize.
3. Employees, volunteers, officers, directors, and affiliates of D&A Drive to Success, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
**Entry**
1. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.

3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
**Winner Selection**
1. The winner will be selected by D&A Drive to Success based on criteria such as need, story, or other criteria. It is solely are D&A Drive to Success descretion on the winner. The decision of D&A Drive to Success is final and binding.
2. The winner will be notified via Phone or email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
3. D&A Drive to Success reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
**Liability Release**
1. By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless D&A Drive to Success, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
2. D&A Drive to Success is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the giveaway.
3. D&A Drive to Success assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any technical issues, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.
**Publicity**
1. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to D&A Drive to Success and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
